It wasn't a translation error
With all due respect to the exegetes, I admire your enormous effort and I am your fan.
But, my line of argument is filled with Sociology and Philosophy, after all I have a master's degree in political science, I subscribe to news agencies and I learned to read between the lines of what is not written, so I distrust everything I read because there is an epistemology of facts, and the ontology of logic does not allow leaps in the dark from one situation to another without the necessary intermediate steps.
For example, and just to argue: so to place a squadron of aircraft carriers at the port of Santos, by the US Navy, one needs to follow the slow steps of an escalation of tensions and diplomatic imprecations and endless debates and provocations that require time to gain public opinion then the facts unfold.
Because nothing happens suddenly or by chance, that said, as an introduction to the subject of the Holy Bible and its interpretations, it is not about translation errors or manipulation: it is enough to check for example that the flood as An isolated fact is an aberration: why drown people who weren't even warned about their mistakes and consequences, how many innocent people were caught by surprise?
All the animals and babies, the crazy and those with mental disabilities who cannot answer for their actions? All the most diverse innocents were punished,
The inconsistencies in the Bible that cannot be attributed to errors in translating Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek, nor the filigrees of language and complex grammar and semantics, none of this can hide the astonishingly absurd and absurd things.
But it doesn't stop there; There is the so-called walk of Jesus on the waters of the Sea of Galilee, and other miracles, why were things demonstrated that no human being, even a pastor, can perform and reproduce and we still have to believe in the resurrection, a fact never achieved by medicine?
Why talk about impossible things and there are still impostor pastors who pretend to reproduce banal, unlikely miracles that cannot be openly contested, they are irrefutable as a superstition for the team to be champion and if it happens to be the champion how could it be proven that it was the superstition that works?
But has no shepherd walked on water, or parted the sea to walk on the dry seabed between two walls of water?
Why would God, the all-powerful, kind, loving father, willingly create an alligator, a crocodile, the most cruel species to feed on, mercilessly tearing apart and tearing animals apart with their jaws, devouring whole still-alive parts, is that love?
It has never been so easy to play with the childish minds of evangelical pastors, it is cowardice to refute so much doctrinal theological nonsense empty of logic and meaningless.
Why exalt and exult so many miracles from the Bible and have to admit that one cannot reproduce the most difficult and impossible ones and use the rhetoric of producing tiny miracles in the name of God if God cannot produce the most difficult miracles because God alone Can you do and serve things easier in small and unimportant retail?
